Like you know how Ash's pikachu starts to get really good at the beggining of a region, but when he gos to a new one it sucks again! In the battle frontier, it defeated an, idk, level 60ish Regice, but in Sinnoh, it lost to a level, 16ish Onix. How does that happen?
